The long awaited desire of the Voltarians to have a university in their region has been fulfilled. The University of Health and Allied Science, Ho has been completed and ready for commissioning by the President of the Republic of Ghana, President John Mahama. This was revealed by Seth Terkper, the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning during the presentation of the 2016 Budget. See more pics after the cut.
